What is your shipping/return policy?
We're so happy you chose to try us out!
We ship through Canada Post Expedited with a signature if requested. The natural products can be damaged to the inclement weather in Canada, if left in outdoor mailboxes or front doors.
If you’d like to ship with signature please leave us a note at checkout!
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on unopened products. Product can be shipped back in new condition at the customer's expense. If the product is not defective and you would like to exchange for a different scent, we will gladly ship a replacement at the customers expense. Since we make all of our products in small batches, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened product.
We also offer trial sizes, so you can try out our products before committing!
Keep in mind when switching to natural deodorant there may be a 2 week detox period! This is your body getting RID of unwanted toxins! Stick with it and you won't regret it!

Where do you ship and what's the cost?
We currently ship to Canada and the USA at a flat rate of $10! If your order is over $50 it's FREE!
Or if you are local (Winkler or Morden MB) you can select the option for free in town delivery!
Depending on weather, product can either melt or freeze in an outside P.O. box.
